Bear Mountain Air pilot Jack Jensen has been flying since 1990, and has flown commercially since 1996.

His flight experience of over 13,000 hours includes:

• Advanced instrument flight instructor
• Alaska Bush Pilot 
• Alaska Airlines regional jet first officer 
• MD-11 international widebody Captain, operating to over 73 countries in commercial and military service. 
• Chief Pilot and Director of Operations for two part 135 air carriers.

Jack has flown as an  ACMI contract pilot for Fedex, Lufthansa, Etihad, Asiana, Eva Airways, Varig, Aer Lingus, and the United States Air Mobility Command.

He has owned and operated two FAA part 135 certificated air carriers, as well as several propeller driven and jet aircraft of his own.
